Hering Homecoming | Military Homecoming | Abilene Texas Photographer

Our newest member of our military homecoming team is Kristi Hilligrass and she had the honor of photographing the Hering family as they welcomed Maj. Nate Hering home from his deployment. The experience the we get from documenting this time for families is a rush of emotions as we document the unfolding events of the reunion; watching the excitement as families look for the planes coming in, the joy when their loved one is on the ground, and the moments leading up to when their loved one steps off the plane and sees their family. There is nothing more special than witnessing a family not wanting to let go from the second they see each other.
